Avaliação de indicadores hospitalares sob o enfoque da análise de decisão multicritério

Um bom planejamento estratégico busca guiar organizações públicas de forma que elas encontrem oportunidades e se antecipem às ameaças, o monitoramento deste caminho dá através dos indicadores desempenho. Esse estudo definiu critérios baseados nas perspectivas do Balanced Score Card (BSC) para poder selecionar os desempenho um Hospital Universitário Federal. Dessa forma, trabalho propôs uma ordenação por meio PROMETHEE-GDSS, no qual PROMETHEE II foi utilizado fases avaliação individual global, a fim obter fluxos líquidos. Como principal resultado, constatou-se metodologia utilizada proporcionou maior flexibilidade na escolha Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) mais relevantes levassem ao alcance da visão institucional. Além disso, permitiu indicar quais podem ser excluídos painel gestão à vista hospital, fato possibilitará apenas condizentes com estratégia organizacional.
